Highly Experienced Database Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator to lead the management of our complex corporate IT infrastructure and mission-critical database environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support SQL Server environments (2008 R2 to 2019), including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions: failover clustering, SAN replication, database replication, and SQL HA technologies.
- Support SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and troubleshoot complex queries.
- Provide 24/7 support for production and development environments.
- Work with Redgate tools (SQL Monitor, Backup, Data Masker, Clone) and ensure database security and capacity management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other critical technologies (Exchange, AD, Citrix, VMware, storage, IT security).
- Participate in DevOps initiatives and version migrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior DBA in a complex IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments.
