Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Fabric solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Data Platform, data governance, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  2. Leading a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  3. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Staying up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  5. Defining and implementing data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  6. Establishing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  7. Monitoring and optimizing data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 9-12 years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
