At Leap, we are embarking on a groundbreaking initiative to drive growth through stablecoin payments in the APAC markets.

This role is an incredible opportunity to work closely with our founder and contribute significantly to defining our next phase of expansion.

You will be responsible for running critical experiments across multiple geographies to test adoption pathways, overseeing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution speed and clarity, supporting key partnership initiatives, investor relations, and fundraising efforts.

The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles, possess strong generalist skills with a bias towards action, thrive in ambiguous environments, balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and have exposure to fintech/crypto, although this is not mandatory.
