Expert Billing System Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Matrix Analyst to assume key responsibilities in our business. As a Matrix Analyst, you will be accountable for developing and supporting our IN/Billing system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and support our IN/Billing system with deep expertise.
- Understand client requirements and business models, and handle operations for billing systems.
- Provide level 2 support in resolving technical issues related to production systems.
- Manage operational teams and liaise with onshore/offshore teams to understand requirements.
- Bridge gaps and alert on possible risks proactively.
- Debug issues and identify root causes.
- Participate in user clarification sessions and new feature rollouts on Billing systems.
- Take charge of quality assurance for new features.
- Report, manage, and track requirements and functional changes.
- Experience with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.)
- Experience with MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing
- Experience with managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture
- 6-10 years of experience in IN/Billing system.
- Deep expertise in developing and supporting IN/Billing system.
