Electrical Engineer - Systems Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in systems design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing HV, MV, and LV systems, as well as 3D modeling and 2D layout.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems for various projects, including green field and existing plant modification jobs.
  • Collect and analyze data for projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Prepare detailed electrical deliverables, including single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, and layouts.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of electrical systems, including HT and LT system design, earthing and lightning systems, and ELV systems.
  • Analyze technical bids and evaluate tenders for electrical projects.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical systems design, preferably in the chemical or oil and gas domain.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, electromagnetism, and electronics.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
