Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you will drive strategic direction and lead the charge in delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop operational processes and guidelines to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams on resolving complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate when necessary, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Troubleshoot daily issues and assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.
  • Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server integration tools and automation processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
