Job Description

As a seasoned fashion industry professional, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with esteemed designers and multi-designer stores. Your expertise in merchandise flow management, product selection, and seasonal placements will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fashion industry landscape, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and developing long-term collaborations that align with our company vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores to drive business growth and expand our brand portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing strategic merchandising plans to maximize sell-through and enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new market trends and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion merchandising, preferably within a similar industry context.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with designers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
