Job Summary

Fruitbowl Digital is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts that meet business objectives and align with our brand identity.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in design work.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our brand's visual identity and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for internal review and feedback.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized design needs.
  • Ensure all designs align with legal and regulatory requirements when applicable.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all design outputs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage and organize design assets, including fonts, images, and templates.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers or interns when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience in both print and digital design, with knowledge of file formats and color modes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  • Understanding of marketing and branding principles to create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and technologies.
  • Experience with print production processes and knowledge of prepress procedures is desirable.
