Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to contribute to our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This full-time position requires a passionate individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of design projects, creating visual materials that align with our brand vision and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory, including advanced photo editing and manipulation.
  • Expertise in illustration is also mandatory, with the ability to create original illustrations that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • A strong understanding of color theory is essential, including knowledge of how colors interact and affect mood and brand perception.
  • Competence in typography is required, including the understanding of how to select and arrange type to make content legible, readable, and visually appealing.
  • Experience in layout design is necessary, with the ability to create compelling and balanced designs for various formats, including print and digital media.
  • Strong visual communication skills are required, with the ability to convey messages through visual design effectively.
  • A high level of creativity is essential, with the skill to generate innovative ideas and solutions to visual challenges.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, with a close attention to every design element to ensure all work is of the highest possible quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to produce high-quality visual materials that align with our brand vision and objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all media.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain high design standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on time and meets client expectations.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve design solutions.
  • Create mockups and prototypes to present design concepts for approval.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas and concepts.
