Capital Markets & Investment Banking Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional with 5–6 years of experience in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Provide strategic advice on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring to clients.
  • E nsure all deals comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution – from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support informed decision-making.
  • B uild and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert guidance.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports that showcase expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution of complex projects.
Qualifications & Experience:

·   CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce, or related field.

·   5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory roles.

·   Hands-on experience in executing IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

·   Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, listing guidelines, and compliance standards.

·   Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills to drive informed decision-making.

·   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to build and maintain key relationships.

·   Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is highly valued.

·   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
