We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and coaching to colleagues on new processes and initiatives, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and policies. The role will also involve planning and managing branch visits to support colleagues in delivering KPIs, as well as monitoring and tracking branch and colleague progress.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver training and coaching to colleagues on new processes and initiatives
  2. Support the implementation and execution of business initiatives across all branches in the region
  3. Ensure full compliance with company procedures and processes
  4. Plan and manage branch visits to support colleagues in delivering KPIs
  5. Monitor and track branch and colleague progress, reporting regularly to the Speciality Contracts Business Development Manager

Requirements

  1. Experience in a pharmacy environment
  2. Sound understanding of GPhC standards
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant
  5. Full UK Driving licence
