Lead Insurance Contracts Manager

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, a leading provider of insurance solutions in India, is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Insurance Contracts Manager to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and customer-centric solutions in the dynamic field of insurance.
Estimated salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all insurance contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Contract Review and Negotiation
Reviewing and negotiating insurance contracts to ensure they align with the company's interests and comply with regulatory requirements.
Contract ManagementMaintaining accurate records of all contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to insurance intermediary agreements, outsourcing regulations, and other regulatory guidelines.
Drafting and Vetting Legal DocumentsDrafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, including NDAs, Addendums, insurance intermediary agreements, IT agreements, and Leave & License / Lease agreements.
Regulatory ComplianceEnsuring compliance with local laws and regulations, including data security and privacy laws, IPR, and corporate laws.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
Qualifications: LLB / LLM degree.
Experience: 3-5 years of strong contracts management experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues related to contracts.
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in the insurance sector.
Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of general laws, corporate laws, data security and privacy laws, IPR, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
