Job Title: Validation Leadership for Next-Gen Wireless Chips

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our validation team and play a key role in the development of next-generation wireless chips.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing validation team, ensuring seamless collaboration with IC design, firmware, and system teams globally.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.
  • Establish world-class labs and automation frameworks, leveraging expertise in oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in low-power systems and wireless technologies.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.
  • Proficiency in Python/C/C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
