Industrial Automation and Validation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, focusing on practical applications and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification and process validation, highlighting best practices and industry standards.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and data integrity, emphasizing the importance of accurate data management and secure storage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global regulatory standards and quality management systems, as well as excellent communication, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery skills.

  • Familiarity with automation integration, troubleshooting, and optimization, including experience with FDA, EMA, cGMP, and GAMP5 regulations.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, incorporating them into training modules to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
