Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GNSS Product Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering preliminary studies of new and leading-edge GNSS technologies, as well as market research reports and supply and demand analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wireless communication industry, with a focus on GNSS technology. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Beyond their technical expertise, they will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and customer demands analysis
  • Determine product features and develop product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with research/project/sales teams to promote project development and target completion
  • Grow GNSS revenue in region and guide local sales team to develop customers
  • Track regional marketing trends, conduct competitor analysis, and implement effective countermeasures
  • Deliver product and application training, support product promotion, and build GNSS reputation in region

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in communication, electronics, computer science, or any other related field
  2. At least 5 years of work experience in wireless communication industry, preferred in GNSS area
  3. Sales manager or marketing Manager background in GNSS industry
  4. Strong understanding of GNSS related products
  5. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  6. Ability to facilitate dynamic discussions, glean information from experts in another field, understand customer needs, and turn them into products and features
  7. Strong communication skills, with clear verbal communication as well as explicit and mindful written communication skills
  8. Team management experience is preferred
  9. Extensive travel
  10. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; attention to detail
  11. Excellent learning ability, innovative, goal oriented
