Job Title:

You are an IT Infrastructure Visionary seeking a challenging role where you can lead, innovate, and grow.

  • About the Role:
    • We are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure high availability, performance, and security across servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage hybrid cloud environments, including cost optimization through Nutanix and cloud migrations.
    • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
    • Lead, mentor, and support infrastructure engineers; assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster growth.
    • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
