  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our business model to answer customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, demonstrating the value of our products, and providing amazing customer support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly demeanor
  • The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
  • The ability to remain calm and composed during stressful customer interactions
  • Flexibility to adapt to a growing and evolving environment
  • An eye for detail
  • Knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience
Academic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
