Job Title:

Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our teams in finance, accounting, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, finance, and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with US CPA firms and clients
  • Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects
  • Experienced in month-end and year-end closing
  • Well-versed in bank and account reconciliation
  • Prepare financial statements on a yearly and monthly basis
  • Manage teams with at least 2-3 years of experience
  • Experienced in 940, 941, and 1099
  • Strong organization skills to manage various engagements simultaneously
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical, Interpersonal, Communication, and Team Handling Skills
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Reviewer and Query Resolving Skills
  • US Accounting and Payroll Knowledge
  • Advanced Knowledge of QBO, QBD, Xero, and Excel
  • Comfortable with US Shift Timings
