\Hiring for an HRBP in a Warehouse Setting for a Leading Quick Commerce Company.
\About the Role:
\We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to serve as the primary point of contact at our warehouse site. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling, handle employee grievances, and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
