**Job Title:** Finance Manager**Overview:** Our team seeks a seasoned finance manager to oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury management.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end and year-end closures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, maintaining optimal cash flow and minimizing risks.
  • Oversee the general ledger, payroll, cash receipts, and utility payments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct revenue and expense variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Handle treasury operations, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting, to ensure liquidity and profitability.
  • Track and reconcile capital, fixed assets, and debt servicing, maintaining accurate records.
**Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements in line with IND-AS standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver regular MIS and financial performance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze key metrics, such as yield, cost of borrowing, and Net Interest Margin (NIM), to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support decision-making through financial modeling and data-driven recommendations.
**Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to RBI Master Directions, LCR, ALM, and CRAR norms, maintaining a compliant environment.
  • Liaise with RBI, statutory auditors, and compliance stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Submit accurate and timely disclosures under IND-AS and RBI regulations, demonstrating transparency.
**Systems, Controls & Compliance:
  • Contribute to ERP implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Establish and monitor financial controls and risk mitigation systems, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Automate reconciliation and reporting workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Compute IND-AS adjustments: EIR, ECL, and EIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
**Fund Management & Borrowings:
  • Manage working capital and coordinate fund drawdowns, optimizing liquidity and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with loan covenants and repayment schedules, ensuring minimal risk.
  • Handle securitization, Direct Assignment (DA) accounting, and investor reports, demonstrating expertise.
**Treasury & ALM Oversight:
  • Support liquidity profiling and ALM planning, informing strategic decisions.
  • Prepare ALCO reports and collaborate with Risk function for alignment, ensuring consistency.
**Budgeting & Operational Finance:
  • Lead budgeting for disbursements, collections, and operational KPIs, driving business growth.
  • Monitor cost-to-income ratios and collaborate with business leaders, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
**Audit & Governance:
  • Coordinate internal audits (lending, expenses, vendors), maintaining a transparent environment.
  • Facilitate statutory and RBI audits and close audit points efficiently, ensuring minimal risk.
**Experience Requirements:
  • Strong experience in preparing IND-AS-compliant financial statements (standalone and consolidated).
  • Knowledge of IFRS; experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Practical expertise in taxation, treasury, revenue management, and compliance.
  • Experience in board-level MIS and financial presentations.
  • Demonstrated background in budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
