Job Overview

  • Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Promote departmental incentives and specials, ensuring guests are aware of our latest offerings and value-added services.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, adhering to company policies and guidelines at all times.
  • Achieve departmental targets, striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both guests and colleagues.
