Senior Legal Analyst Role

We are seeking a legal professional with strong expertise in alternative investment funds to fill this position.

This Senior Legal Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for analyzing fund-level agreements and act as the critical link between our AI-driven data extraction systems and legal operations.

The role involves overseeing and verifying the system's output from LPAs, side letters, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data extracted by our AI platform.

  • Oversight and Verification: Act as the lead reviewer of AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage understanding of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters to identify key data points and legal provisions necessary for complying with regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Data Validation: Develop and execute quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds
Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a human-in-the-loop reviewer to ensure accuracy and completeness of AI-extracted data
  • Leverage expertise in alternative investment funds to identify key data points and legal provisions
  • Develop and execute quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction
What We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with significant exposure to alternative investment funds
