**Head of Fund Raising: A Key Role in the Real Estate Industry**We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fund raising efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful capital raising, strong industry connections, and excellent communication skills.Job Description:The Head of Fund Raising will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various asset classes. This includes identifying potential investors, building relationships, and negotiating deals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Capital Raising: Develop and implement strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Proposal Development: Develop proposals for real estate investment projects.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of fund raising efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fund raising activities comply with relevant regulations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on fund raising progress and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Qualifications: Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration / Economics.
  • Real Estate Fund Raising Experience: Must have experience in real estate fund raising.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
