Legal Manager Role Overview

 

Our company seeks a seasoned Legal Manager to oversee all legal, compliance, and contractual functions across EPC and Logistics operations. This includes contract drafting, litigation management, statutory & labour compliance, dispute resolution, recovery of dues, data protection, and regulatory liaison.

 

The role ensures the companys operations remain legally sound, compliant, and safeguarded against risks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts (EPC work orders, logistics agreements, NDAs, vendor/service contracts, lease/licence agreements, consortium/JV agreements).
  • Ensure protective clauses like indemnities, warranties, LD, arbitration, limitation of liability, etc.
  • Support claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Track contract lifecycle, renewals, and compliance.
