Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Leader

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of data analysts with low to moderate complexity and risk in data management and technology. You will engage stakeholders and internal partners to drive project success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Operate data environments, integrate with new technologies, and oversee the development of new processes that support teams across the global organization.
  • Gather business requirements through direct interaction with software development teams.
  • Making decisions and resolving issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of data management area to meet business objectives.
  • Interpreting and developing policies and procedures for Technology functions with low to moderate complexity.
  • Collaborating and influencing all levels of professionals including managers.
  • Leading team to achieve objectives.
  • Managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements

You should have 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering and 2+ years of Leadership experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK is required.
