Key Data Engineering Leadership Position

As a senior data engineering manager, you will lead the development of scalable data pipelines and warehouses to drive business growth.

We are seeking an expert who can work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy complex data solutions.

  • Develop domain expertise in insurance and financial services by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Build a deep understanding of digital trading platforms, data visualization tools, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Consolidate views using disparate data sources and provide insights to business leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in BI and reporting, with expertise in enterprise-wide systems.
  • 2-3 years of team management experience, handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
  • Ability to define KPIs that align with business strategy and goals.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data transformation, including SQL and Oracle.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Exposure and familiarity with cloud platforms, including Databricks on Azure and AWS.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to communicate complex data in a simple way.
