Flight Operations Manager Job Description

At Vara⁵, we are looking for an exceptional Flight Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end flight bookings and provide high-touch support for discerning clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex itineraries and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional with extensive experience in flight ticketing and operations management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in flight ticketing and operations management
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning
  • Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing
  • IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required
