We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our Air Ticketing Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling international flight bookings working with airline systems, and ensuring smooth operations for individual and corporate clients. ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end air ticket bookings (Domestic & International) using GDS/airline portals.

Provide fare quotations, itinerary options, and booking confirmations to corporate and walk-in clients. Maintain accurate PNR records and ensure timely issuance of tickets. Monitor fare trends, reissuances, and cancellations.

Coordinate with airlines / GDS with Reissue/ Refund as per required by agent / corporate and walking clientsSupport customer queries and offer post-booking support when required. QualificationsMinimum 2-3 year experience in air ticketing (preferred). Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Preferable Galileo).

Good knowledge of domestic and international air routes and fare construction. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and Marathi. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

-Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred). Certification in GDS systems is an added advantage. -Full-time | 6 Days a WeekOffice-based role with rotational shifts depending on operational needs Why Join
