Senior Team Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in team management and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflows among team members
  • Lead a team of invoice processors
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements, Turnaround Times, and Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Handle exceptions and resolve escalated issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution
  • Elevate critical issues to management or stakeholders when necessary
  • Verify that all Accounts Payable processes adhere to internal control and audit requirements
  • Support internal/external audits with necessary documentation
  • Maintain performance metrics
  • Foster motivation and engagement
  • Demonstrate expertise and articulate effectively with stakeholders
  • Promote process improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve accuracy and speed
  • Drive automation initiatives

Must haves:

  • At least 4 years of work experience with team management experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Master's in Commerce or MBA preferred)
