Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee high-quality advisory packages, conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance, and perform complex power flow studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic advisory packages to meet customer needs.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of substation performance, analyzing electrical and automation aspects, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending upgrade requirements.
  3. Develop and execute Power Flow Studies to evaluate load conditions, voltage stability, and network strengthening recommendations using advanced tools such as ETAP.
  4. Prepare detailed Equipment Condition Reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  5. Assess PV Plant Feasibility & Performance, analyzing generation capacity, grid integration feasibility, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A university degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy, with 6 years in Solar Energy and grid integration exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

- Advanced technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.

- Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
