Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Lead digital growth strategy for Lending, Insurance, and Mutual Fund verticals through data-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple products.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels.
  • Lead SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, affiliate channels, and social media strategy to build brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition (CAC) and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage external agencies and marketing partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Stay updated with fintech marketing trends, regulatory norms, and competitive landscape in financial services.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in financial services (NBFC, banks, insurance, mutual funds, fintech).
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth in BFSI.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, performance metrics, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results under tight timelines.
