Job Title:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can drive growth through data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing strategy, covering Google, Meta, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Manage performance campaigns (PPC, Display, Retargeting) to maximize ROI and optimize return on investment.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital branding initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and Search Console to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, tech, product, and sales, to ensure aligned execution.
  • Manage internal teams and agency/vendor relationships to drive success.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement funnel optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and measure lead generation, engagement, and growth KPIs to ensure ongoing improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of campaign success.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Manager, SEO tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Generalist mindset with depth in SEO, SEM, content, analytics, and brand development.
  • Background in EdTech, Healthcare, or Consumer Tech industries.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot certifications.
  • Ability to join the team within 30 days (preferred).
