About this Role:
">- We're looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube, analyzing performance and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimize to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Identify and build new audience segments and marketing funnels.
- Monitor daily budgets and adjust for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
