Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Performance Marketing

We seek an experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our team in developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategies. Your expertise will drive business growth by analyzing market trends, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and mentoring junior marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign ROI and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
