Job Summary

As a Senior Demand Generation Executive, you will lead demand generation activities and deliver liquidation goals as per the business plan. You will be responsible for effective commercialization launches of new products following the new launch process.



  • Develop annual goals and objectives for the Demand Generation Team.
  • Prepare resource plans and budget plans for the Region by closely working with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Effectiveness Leadership.
  • Maintain and improve productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities.
  • Develop policy documents and broad guidelines for the Demand Generation Team and Marketing Agencies.
  • Responsible for budget management and ensuring the Demand Generation team delivers goals within the budget.
  • Work closely with strategic and Brand Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning, and Crop wise, Product Wise Strategy.
  • Work closely with Zonal Marketing Managers, AMM's, and Sales Team for effective utilization of resources and activity planning.
  • Work closely with Marketing Agencies on Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Coach, Guide, etc.
  • Accountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like Market Unit Activity Planning and Tracking, Large Plot Demos, Demo Plots, Online training module, Archer adoption, Laser farm, eLMS, etc.
  • Systematically work for developing the team and grooming them for better career aspirations.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Demand Generation Executive, you will be responsible for leading demand generation activities and delivering liquidation goals as per the business plan. You will be accountable for effective commercialization launches of new products following the new launch process.


You will develop annual goals and objectives for the Demand Generation Team and prepare resource plans and budget plans for the Region by closely working with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Effectiveness Leadership.


You will maintain and improve productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities. You will develop policy documents and broad guidelines for the Demand Generation Team and Marketing Agencies.
