Efficiently manage assignments by streamlining expense processes and ensuring timely payroll activities.

About the Job

This role involves thorough reviews of timesheets and expenses, effective communication with sales/contractors for discrepancies, and obtaining timely approvals from clients to share with payroll teams as per required filing convention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklist.
  • Verify receipts received and ensure final amount tally.
  • Communicate directly with contractors or sales team for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analysing data and preparing in-depth overview of issue.
  • Process emails in shared inboxes in line with deadlines and urgency levels, responding within 24 hours or receipt.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing convention required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from client/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to payroll schedule to ensure no delays in payment.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by manager.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
