We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Full-Cycle IT Recruiter. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Assess technical skills and experience through interviews and evaluations.
  • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contracts with candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
  • Work with different work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and hiring best practices.
