We are seeking a dynamic Bench Sales and Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-cycle IT recruitment role.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
Main Responsibilities:- Sourcing top technical talent through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
- Evaluating candidates' technical skills and experience through thorough interviews and assessments.
- Negotiating compensation packages and contracts with candidates and clients.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES, CONSULTANTS, AND HIRING MANAGERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
- Coordinating work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market rates, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
