Procurement Associate telesales Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Associate to join our Telesales team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client/vendor/dealers interactions via phone calls.
  • Coordinate the auction process and connect clients/vendors/dealers to increase bids.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Process tele sales generated inquiries.
  • Respond to client queries and provide timely support as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Manage client/vendor/dealers relationships and related activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months - 4 years of work experience in Voice Process.
  • Excellent judgment and swift decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential.
