Tele-Caller – Sales Support

Veegaland Homes is seeking a proactive and customer-friendly Tele-Caller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with prospective customers over the phone, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in driving conversions. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Veegaland Homes projects.
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and site visits.
  • Handle basic customer queries and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • A pleasant, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
