Tele Sales Executives – Villa Project Business

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for villa project business. Selected candidates will handle leads generated from ads and manage them efficiently until closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective leads provided by the company
  • Explain villa project details and resolve customer queries
  • Follow up consistently until deal closure
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Experience in real estate sales / telesales preferred
  • Preference will be given to Civil Engineers or individuals with solid experience in real estate or similar industries
  • Target-driven and motivated personality

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission (performance-based)
