Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative digital solutions.

This role involves designing, developing, and executing testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts, leveraging testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria.
  • Root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Strong core Java and object-oriented design concepts and expertise in Selenium and JUnit & TestNG.
  • Exposure to working in Python.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL Server with good understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience in functional and database testing.
  • Experience in BDD using Cucumber or JBehave.
