Seeking a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building scalable B2B/B2E products. Ideal candidate should have led teams to develop Enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and are secure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, architect/design, and deliver products to customers within tight timelines.
  • Develop data-driven and workflow-based products spanning multiple cloud platforms.
  • Apply creative thinking & approach to resolve technical solutions that further business goals and align with Product NFR goals like performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in agile methodology-based product development.
  • Ability to define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future vision.
  • Task management experience, able to plan tasks, discuss, and work on priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately.
Key Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience working in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.
Technology Proficiencies:
  • React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS.
  • Experience around AI/GenAI Technologies an added advantage.

Apart from the above, good engineering experience in Java/JEE/.Net Technologies will also be considered as long as the candidate has a strong product engineering background.
