MED-METRIX seeks an accomplished Recruiting Operations Manager to develop, lead, and direct all aspects of recruitment operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring processes.

About this role:

  • 10-15 years of experience in recruitment operations, preferably with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and souring
  • Functional expertise in leading large processes, programs or teams in RCM-based organizations
  • Experience with ATS systems and technical recruitment tools
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent time management skills
  • Leadership abilities with coaching, mentoring, and training junior staff

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage recruitment budget and forecasts
  • Create process maps, procedures and checklists for recruitment phases (e.g. interview setup, job posting)
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on applicant flow, sources of hire, and recruitment costs
  • Serve as a key stakeholder liaison for recruiters, candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment cycle
  • Foster effective collaboration and partnership between Talent Acquisition and other business functions (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
