The RoleThis position is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction by combining market intelligence, data-driven insights, and structured execution.
A Core Part of the Role:- Translating complex market dynamics into actionable recommendations.
- Fostering innovation through new go-to-market models and patient-centric solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the company's 3–5-year strategic roadmap.
- Lead or partner on high-impact projects to deliver defined business goals.
- Design and implement business tracking mechanisms to generate business area-wise insights.
- Simplify complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Develop forecasts and scenario models to support business planning.
- Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to influence decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic communication materials.
- MBA, Master's in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field.
- 6 - 9 years' experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or medtech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
