About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Strategy

    • Innovate and experiment with new formats to captivate audiences
  • Business & Revenue Ownership
    • Partner with leadership to scale the video vertical as a high-performing business unit
    • Collaborate with sales and branded content teams to co-create monetizable video formats
  • Platform-Specific Content Planning
    • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging channels
    • Ensure consistent audience growth and content optimization tailored to each platform's algorithms and trends
