We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst with 3+ years of experience in voice and non-voice support for US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and consistently deliver high-quality service with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex issues independently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Key qualifications include:
