About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and optimization of IT systems supporting business processes. This leadership role requires expertise in analysis, problem-solving skills, and ensuring infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

The successful candidate will have experience with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes, as well as advanced knowledge of Project Management Methodologies. They will also possess strong business acumen, interpersonal and change management skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to deliver tactical results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of IT systems.
  • Coordinate delivery of services to user groups and ensure IT service continuity.
  • Leverage subject matter knowledge to apply system characteristics and make recommendations for policy changes.
  • Facilitate clear and concise status updates for key project stakeholders.
  • Partner with business owners to identify opportunities to optimize business processes and increase efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity and experience with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.
