Job Title: System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect to design and develop cutting-edge system architecture.

This role involves responsibility for designing and implementing system architecture, including I/O to controller assignment, defining software concepts and configuration guidelines, and testing procedures.

You will also implement and test third-party interfaces, create and develop third-party interface protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC, and database module. You will further develop software libraries encompassing both logic and graphics, craft project-specific software solutions and reusable software modules, conduct typical software tests to ensure quality standards, design and develop I/O and core control modules, and implement customized sophisticated logic solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user interface graphics for system monitoring, creating internal test plans, conducting internal testing, developing Software Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) plans, and leading FAT sessions with customers and handling associated reporting. They will also design hardware-software integration plans, perform coordinated testing, identify project risks and issues, raise them to the Lead Engineer/Project Manager with proposed mitigation plans, assist Senior Engineers in handling medium-to-large project execution as Area Sub-Lead, lead and mentor small teams, set clear goals and targets for team members, mentor and train junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge, and maintain As-Built documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
