AI Engineer - Architect & Develop Agentic AI Systems

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in architecting and developing agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and token context management.

  • Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
  • Integrate with frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.
  • Implement memory, goal-setting, and long-term task tracking systems for agents.
  • Connect agents with APIs, databases, web interfaces, and external tools.
  • Design and run experiments to test performance, improve accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.
  • Collaborate with product/design teams to shape user interaction with AI agents.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi-agent coordination.
  • Creative problem-solver with a mindset for experimentation and iteration.
  • Experience deploying models via APIs or embedding AI into real-world apps.
